As a Solution Specialist, youll act as the technical go-to person for prospective customers, guiding them through Microsoft Cloud offerings and helping them embrace the future of productivity and collaboration.

What Youll Be Doing

In this tech-savvy sales role, you'll partner with sales teams and clients to bring impactful cloud solutions to life:

• Lead technical conversations with SMB clients and support sales closure

• Deliver product overviews and tailor solutions to business needs

• Drive adoption of Microsoft Cloud services (Azure, Office 365, etc.)

• Provide pricing guidance, confirm deployment feasibility, and demo solutions via Microsoft Teams

• Act as a subject-matter expert across the team and deliver internal trainings

• Stay up to date on cloud industry trends and competitive offerings

What You Bring

• Fluent/native Dutch speaker with strong English skills

• 36+ years experience in tech sales, business development, or pre-sales roles

• Bachelors degree required; Masters degree (STEM-related) is a plus

• Microsoft Fundamentals certification required (L200 preferred)

• Strong understanding of cloud environments, deployment, identity, security, compliance

• Experience with customer-facing solution presentations

• Technical confidence combined with clear communication and interpersonal skills

• Technical pre-sales background or experience in fields like engineering, computer science, or mathematics

• Prior exposure to cloud solution design, deployment, or migrations

• Familiarity with both Microsoft and competitor cloud platforms
