Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join Specsavers in Málaga. The successful candidate will be fluent in Dutch and English and will support customers by delivering excellent service and resolving inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

• Provide information about products and services.

• Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Dutch and English (mandatory).

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

• Ability to work on-site in Málaga.
