Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a Supervisor for our HP Store in Barcelona or Valencia. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Dutch and English and will be responsible for overseeing store operations, supporting the team, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily store operations and staff.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues.

• Support sales initiatives and monitor performance metrics.

• Train and mentor team members to improve skills and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Dutch and English (mandatory).

• Previous experience in retail supervision or management.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work on-site in Barcelona or Valencia.
