Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Fraud Activity Agent to join Back Market in Barcelona. The successful candidate will be fluent in German and English and will play a key role in detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activity to protect both the company and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze transactions to detect potential fraud.

• Investigate suspicious activities and escalate cases as needed.

• Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen fraud prevention processes.

• Communicate with customers to verify transactions and resolve issues.

• Maintain accurate records and provide reports on fraud trends.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in German and English (mandatory).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Previous experience in fraud detection, risk management, or customer service is an advantage.

• Ability to work on-site in Barcelona.
