About the job MARKETING SPECIALIST
Responsibilities: To assist in preparing marketing proposals, reports and campaign materials under the guidance of the Marketing Executive; to collect and analyse data before, during and after campaigns or events to evaluate performance and effectiveness; to support planning and execution of social media content, WhatsApp blasts and digital engagement activities; to conduct basic research and trend observation to identify new marketing opportunities or ideas; to assist in membership and promotional campaigns, both online and offline; to capture and organize event photos, videos and social media materials when required; to collaborate closely with outlet teams and coordinators to ensure consistent brand messaging; and to perform other marketing - related or ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in Social Science, Economics, Data Analysis, Marketing or related fields. Salary RM2.2K and above depending on the qualification and experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with internship or project experience in Marketing, social media or data analytics will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva, Capcut and Excel/Google Sheets in daily work.
- Possess basic data analysis and reporting ability.
- Work well in a team environment, support peers and communicate effectively.
- Passionate about marketing, consumer behaviour and data-driven decision-making.
