About the job SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities: To plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline) including product launches, festivals, and in store promotions; to coordinate on ground activities such as giveaways, fairs, and sampling events with area managers / outlets manager; to assist coordinators with their daily tasks, including social media updates and outlet-related matters; to execute media and content plans to align with brand visuals, key messaging and timelines; to collaborate closely with different departments (Purchasing / Merchandising teams) on marketing activities and product highlights; to collect and analyse campaign and sales data to measure event performance, providing insights while maintain post-event effectiveness rate of 10-15% growth compared to pre-event sales; and to conduct monthly performance analysis of Digital Marketing department staffs and maintain proper records.
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading teams in Marketing, Sales or Data Analysis roles. Salary RM3.5K and above depending on the qualification and experience.
- Proven track record in campaign execution, data analysis and project management.
- Adept at using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Excel, and Meta Business Suite.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.
- Able to lead, mentor and evaluate junior marketing team members.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin.
