Job Description
  • Reports to the Group Managing Director and is responsible for the execution of all business, executive level administrative and secretarial duties
  • Perform operational functions such as report management, data analysis and development of presentation slides, etc.
  • To liaise, coordinate and act as main points of contact with internal and external parties on all company matters and general enquiries.
  • Full spectrum of secretarial and administration duties such as arranging meeting schedules, prepare minutes of meeting, business reports, maintaining a proper filing system of documents, arrangement of appointments, travel arrangements, expenses accounting etc.
  • Liaison between all departments to ensure proper communications and reporting practices.
  • Determine the priority matters, receiving and screening visitors and incoming calls.
  • Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in an senior executive administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential.
  • Good proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese Language will be added advantages.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and discretion to maintain confidentiality in both personal and business matters.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
