About the job MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities: To assist in planning and preparing materials for in-store events and promotions; to monitor social media performance (post insights and engagement trends); to plan and execute social media and WhatsApp blasts in order to engage the public and drive membership growth; to strategize and lead membership activation plans, including offline marketing activities to boost engagement and member participation; to support outlet / stores on marketing activities, liaising with relevant teams and external parties to ensure successful event execution; to capture product / event photos / videos for social media; to prepare monthly reports, event recap and meeting minutes and work closely with coordinator / digital media team to monitor and gather feedback on posts / reels / campaigns.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in marketing or advertising. Salary RM3K and above depending on the qualification and experience.
- Fresh graduates with strong portfolio and internship experience will be considered.
- Familiar with social media platforms and basic video/photo editing tools (Canva, AI, Photoshop, CapCut).
- Willing to travel to outlets when needed.
- Proactive, details - oriented and a strong team player with good communication skills.
