About the job DIGITAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities: To develop and post daily content (images, videos, reels/stories) across Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and other platforms; to plan and execute content around promotions, new product launches, seasonal campaigns and outlet activities; to monitor audience trends, comments and insights to adjust strategy and increase reach and engagement; to assist in achieving monthly growth targets for followers, engagement and reach; to visit outlets and coordinate with operation team/ outlets person in charge to take photos/videos of product, promotions and store activities; to support digital campaigns, giveaways and special events; to prepare creative assets (captions, posters, video edits) for campaigns; to track weekly/monthly performance of content and provide basic insight reports; and to suggest improvements based on performance data.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Multimedia/Business/Marketing Studies or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in the same or related field. Salary RM3K and above depending on the qualification and experience.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently on-site.
- Creative, proactive and a team player.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and Capcut.
- Familiar with Meta Business Suite, Tik Tok Creator Studio, Xiao Hong Shu (XHS) Creator Center.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (FB, IG, Tiktok, XHS).
- Experience in using Facebook & Instagram Ads, as well as Google Ads and YouTube Ads for boosting and campaign management.
