Job Description
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to departmental managers and staff
- Performing general office duties to ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace
- Identify all applicable licenses and insurances.
- Maintaining and updating office records, databases, and other relevant systems.
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
- Notifies insurance company of changes in property or equipment affecting insurance coverage.
- Files records of insurance transactions and keeps calendar of premiums due and expiration dates of policies.
- Identify all company vehicle and register into Company Vehicle Registration List.
- Monitor the expiry dates and fill up the renewal application forms for Bank Guarantee.
- Monitor the expiry dates of Road Tax, Puspakom Test, Vehicles Insurance, Building Fire Insurance, Staff Personal Accidental Insurance, Machinery & Equipment Insurance, Boiler Insurance, and Money Insurance.
- Undertakes legal communication and registration processes.
- Responsible to ensure all the licenses are renewed and up to date such as Trade License, Lesen Penjaja / Gerai, Lesen Runcit / Borong, Sijil Pengesahan Halal issued by Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia and Masjis Islam Sarawak, License for meat Factory Processing, Surat Kuasa (Minyak Diesel), Lesen Racun issued by Department of Safety & Health (DOSH) and other related matters.
Job Requirement
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of administrative experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- A collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
