OPERATIONS HEAD (OUTLET)

Responsibilities: To assist the Manager in daily outlet operations; to maintain customer relationships, outlet cleanliness, hygiene, support sales and operational performance, and other ad hoc duties related to the position.

• Minimum SPM/STPM with 3-5 years working experience in the same or related field. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Retail Management or related field with 2 years working experience in retail operations or related field. Salary RM2.8K and above with allowance depending on the qualification and experience.
• Possess good customer service and communication skill.
• Proficient in inventory and time management.
• Computer literate.
• Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (an advantage) and other local dialect.
• Willing to relocate if required.
