We're Hiring: Sales Executive (IT Software)
Drive B2B software solutions and grow with an innovative tech team
Responsibilities:
- Developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and be able to close sales to meet targets assignment.
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Have to complete preparatory work, such as organizing slides for a meeting or preparing a booth for a demonstration at a show.
- Interact with clients both communication remotely, and face-to-face contact.
- Build a strong relationship with customers, resulting in more loyal connections with long-term clients.
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Telecom, Computer Engineer, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales & business development in an IT company.
- Experience in sales of software products and projects, including Software, SaaS, ERP, IoT solutions, Smart Factory, and Digital Transformation
- Strong customer relationship building skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good presentation skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Good planning skills.
- Able to communicate in English (Japanese is a plus)
Preferred:
- Knowledge of IT sales process and IT implementation.
- Experience in Sales Software Development.
