System Analyst (AI)

Job Summary

We are looking for a System Analyst (AI) who can bridge business requirements and AI-driven solutions.
The role involves analyzing business processes, designing system solutions, and collaborating with AI engineers and developers to deliver intelligent systems that create real business value.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from user
• Translate business needs into Functional Requirements, SRS, and Technical Specifications
• Design AI-enabled system solutions aligned with business processes
• Work closely with AI Engineers, Developers, Data Teams, and Vendors
• Define system flow, data flow, and integration requirements
• Support development activities by clarifying requirements and design
• Participate in SIT / UAT, validate system functionality, and support user acceptance
• Manage change requests and perform impact analysis
• Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and scalability requirements
• Support deployment and post-implementation activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields
• Experience as System Analyst or related roles
• Strong understanding of SDLC and system analysis methodologies
• Experience creating:
  • Functional Requirements
  • Software Requirements Specification (SRS)
  • Technical Specifications
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

AI / Technical Skills (Required / Preferred)

• Understanding of AI / Machine Learning concepts
• Experience working with AI-driven systems or data platforms
• Knowledge of:
  • API & system integration
  • Database & data flow design
• Familiarity with AI-related concepts such as:
  • LLM, RAG, Chatbot, Predictive Analytics (preferred)
• Experience working with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus
