Key Responsibilities:

• Material Management: Create and submit material orders based on project needs and ensure timely delivery.
• Crew Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule roofing crews, ensuring that all projects are staffed efficiently.
• Crew Follow-Up: Monitor progress and quality of work, addressing any issues with crew members as they arise.
• Financial Oversight: Review and approve crew invoices to ensure alignment with project budgets.
• Crew Sourcing: Identify and onboard qualified roofing crews to maintain consistent project capacity.
• Quality Control: Perform on-site inspections to confirm that all work meets company and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in roofing production management or a similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with project management tools or construction software is a plus.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
