JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Staffing Manager Korean Bilingual to lead and manage recruitment efforts for factory and warehouse workforce needs, primarily supporting Korean-owned manufacturing and logistics companies in the U.S.
This role will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, and coordination with hiring managers and site leads across various factory and warehouse locations.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead end-to-end staffing operations for factory and warehouse roles (e.g., production workers, machine operators, forklift drivers, etc.)
- Partner with Korean and U.S.-based clients to understand hiring needs and timelines
- Source, screen, interview, and hire candidates to meet fluctuating production demands
- Build strong pipelines of talent through job fairs, local agencies, referrals, and outreach programs
- Manage onboarding, orientation, and initial employee compliance processes
- Provide regular hiring status reports and workforce analytics to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and client-specific labor standards
- Serve as the bridge for Korean-speaking managers and English-speaking staff; provide clear communication and cultural guidance where needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual in Korean and English (spoken and written) required
- 3+ years of experience in staffing and human resources, specifically focused on factory and/or warehouse roles
- Prior experience working with or supporting Korean-owned companies strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, HR compliance, and workforce management
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Able to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume hiring environments
- Willingness to travel locally to different client sites, as needed
