Job Description:

We are a leading company in the IT Business Intelligence sector seeking an experienced Project Management / Business Analyst to support the maintenance, enhancement, and implementation of enterprise systems. The role involves close collaboration with teams in Korea to support Samsung Global Systems.

Key duties include validating new system features through testing and user training, and providing feedback to the headquarters development team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to existing intranet systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support & operate CR2(Common Resource Registry service) for internal customer & users

• Manage the service for a smooth service and operation with system team for the customer

• Recognizes, understands, and documents market needs, and working with engineering teams to translate those needs into features and functionality.

• Assesses product market data by interacting with sales, customer success, and customers.

• Collaborates with marketing and business leaders for opportunities to expand mobility and workspace management solutions.

• Understands the competitive landscape and help define competitive strategy.

• Create and update solution documents, including manuals, marketing contents, and reports

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Korean is a plus
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years experience (8 years max) in this field or a related area of IT
• Experience managing, designing, and evaluating large scale projects
• Experience with databases (e.g., Oracle) and development using Java, Spring, and SQL is a plus
• Understanding of basic networking terminology and concepts is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with the ability to quickly learn new software tools
• Experience with multiple operating systems, including Windows, UNIX, and Linux, is a plus
