Job Title: Bakery Production Worker (Dough Production)

Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our bakery production team. As a Bakery Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating equipment, preparing dough, and assisting in the production of high-quality baked goods. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow recipes and procedures, and a commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate mixers, dividers, sheeters, and other dough production equipment safely and efficiently
- Scale and mix ingredients according to company recipes and production guidelines
- Monitor dough consistency, temperature, and fermentation process
- Assist in shaping, proofing, and preparing dough for baking or freezing
- Perform visual quality checks throughout the production process
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with GMP and food safety standards
- Accurately complete production logs and documentation
- Support machine setup, changeovers, and routine maintenance
- Follow all company safety procedures and participate in safety training
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food manufacturing or bakery production is a plus
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in hot or cold environments
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions
Working Conditions:
- Industrial bakery facility with exposure to flour dust, noise, and temperature variations
- Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Shift-based schedule (Day/Night shifts)
