Position Overview
The Accounting & Payroll Associate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive bookkeeping and payroll support services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in all financial processes. The role requires a strong grasp of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping, including bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and preparation of financial reports.
• Assist in payroll preparation, including computation, processing, and disbursement of employee salaries.
• Prepare and process government contributions, tax documentation, and other statutory filings in compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive financial and employee data.
• Adapt quickly to new tasks and execute instructions accurately with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or a related accounting field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting and payroll functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
