RPA Developer (Remote)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with strong expertise in UiPath to design, develop, and manage automation solutions that enhance business efficiency. This is a contract-based role requiring hands-on development experience and proven project management skills to successfully deliver automation initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA processes using UiPath
• Analyze business requirements and assess automation feasibility
• Manage RPA project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices
• Monitor and maintain existing RPA processes in production
• Identify new automation opportunities and conduct Proof of Concept (PoC)

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UiPath-based RPA development
• Proven experience in RPA project management (as Project Lead or PM)
• Strong skills in process analysis and design
• Proficiency in scripting languages (C#, VB.NET, Python)
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification
• Experience in RPA projects across industries such as finance, manufacturing, or retail
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience with cloud environments (UiPath Orchestrator on Azure/AWS)
