Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing compelling visual content across digital and print platforms while maintaining brand consistency. This role involves working collaboratively on multiple projects, transforming ideas into impactful designs, and staying informed on digital trends to enhance content performance. 

Role and Responsibilities

  • Design Creation: Produce high-quality visual content for various digital (primarily) and print platforms, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Project Collaboration: Collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously to grasp design requirements and contribute to the creative process.
  • Conceptualisation: Brainstorm and conceptualise design ideas, bringing innovation to visual communication projects.
  • Software Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Cloud is a must) to create engaging and effective designs.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt designs based on feedback and contribute to iterative design processes.
  • Deadline Management: Effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Digital Media Proficiency: Proficiency in handling social media, platform algorithms, keeping up to date with trends, viral content, and the ability to create content around hot trends, reel making, and the utilization of third-party apps and plugins.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience with a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design projects.
  • Proficient in graphic design software and tools (Adobe CC is a must).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and contribute fresh ideas to projects.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design aesthetics

Location and Compensation

Location: The role can be based out of Delhi/ Hyderabad/ Bangalore/ Chennai. Travel to other states may be required.

Remuneration will be competitive with Indian philanthropy and social sector pay scales and will depend on the candidates experience levels.
