Your Mission
As an Enterprise Growth Executive – Integrated-Intelligent Care, you will help hospitals and health systems modernize clinical and operational performance through the Ceiba Healthcare Agentic AI Platform, Intelligent Patient Monitoring, Enterprise Data Management with AI, and advanced operational intelligence solutions.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role for professionals who enjoy creating opportunities, building executive relationships, and helping healthcare leaders understand how innovative technologies can improve patient safety, operational efficiency, workforce productivity, and enterprise decision-making.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking exceptional commercial professionals who have demonstrated outstanding performance early in their careers and are ready to accelerate their growth within a high-growth healthcare technology company.
Experience
- 2+ years of successful healthcare technology sales experience with demonstrated career progression and increasing commercial responsibility.
- Experience selling enterprise software, AI-enabled applications, healthcare analytics, enterprise data platforms, patient monitoring, digital health technologies, SaaS, or other enterprise healthcare solution/platform sales is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder B2B hospital and health system sales cycles, and working knowledge of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, interoperability and data-exchange requirements) is strongly preferred.
- Experience selling generative AI, agentic AI, or applied AI/ML solutions, including navigating technical proof-of-concept, data governance and security review, and model validation processes with technical buyers, is a strong plus.
- A proven ability to generate new business through proactive prospecting, executive networking, cold outreach, targeted email campaigns, and disciplined relationship development.
- Experience managing consultative enterprise sales engagements involving executive clinical, operational, and technology stakeholders.
- A consistent history of achieving or exceeding commercial objectives.
Education
- Bachelor's degree from a highly regarded accredited university with a strong record of academic achievement.
- Advanced business, engineering, computer science, healthcare administration, analytics, or related education is considered an asset.

How You'll Create Impact
Business Development
Success in this role is built on proactively creating opportunities. You'll be expected to:
- Develop and execute strategic territory growth plans.
- Research and identify target hospitals, health systems, and strategic partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through executive outreach, networking, cold calling, targeted email campaigns, LinkedIn engagement, conferences, referrals, and disciplined follow-up.
- Build trusted executive relationships long before organizations enter an active buying cycle.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline through consistent prospecting and CRM discipline.
Enterprise Sales
You'll also:
- Educate healthcare executives on how intelligent technologies, AI-enabled solutions, enterprise data management, and patient monitoring can improve operational and clinical performance.
- Conduct executive discovery sessions to identify customer challenges and align Ceiba's capabilities with organizational priorities.
- Lead enterprise solution presentations, ROI discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.
- Guide technical and clinical validation processes — including AI model evaluation, data security review, and capital/RFP requirements — in partnership with Product and Engineering.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership throughout the sales process.
- Become a trusted advisor to healthcare executives leading digital transformation initiatives.
Executive Relationships You'll Build
You'll engage with executive leaders across clinical, operational, and technology organizations, including:
- Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO), Chief Nursing Informatics Officer (CNIO)
- Chief AI Officer / Chief Data Officer / VP of Data & Analytics
- VP of Operations, Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
- Value Analysis Committee and Supply Chain leadership (as part of the broader buying committee, alongside clinical and technology stakeholders)

Compensation & Benefits
We recognize that exceptional people build exceptional organizations.
- Base salary: $100,000–$125,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $180,000–$220,000, including uncapped commission with accelerators above 100% quota attainment
