About the Project: TicTacLearn (TTL)
TicTacLearn (TTL) is a leading digital public good offering over 14,000 high-quality, curriculum-aligned Mathematics and Science videos for Grades 1–10. The content is closely aligned with the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) and various state curricula, ensuring strong pedagogical relevance across India’s K–10 ecosystem.
TTL provides content in major Indian languages including Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Telugu, and Odia, enabling broad accessibility for learners from diverse linguistic and socio-economic backgrounds. The videos use story-based and concept-based approaches, making learning engaging, visually rich, and easy to understand.
With more than 500 million views, TTL has reached millions of students through major platforms such as YouTube and DIKSHA, positioning it as one of the most widely adopted digital learning initiatives in India. During the COVID-19 pandemic, TTL partnered with over 11 state education departments and 40+ education organizations (including NGOs) to support remote learning. Additionally, 8 states broadcast TTL content on their educational television channels and over 90,000 QR codes in NCERT and state textbooks now link directly to TTL’s digital resources seamlessly integrating TTL into everyday classroom and at-home learning.
Position summary
The PM/SPM will drive key workstreams across content, product development, UI/UX, research, AI, and ecosystem enablement. The role requires strong program management, comfort with cross-functional teams, and the ability to translate academic, product, and technical inputs into a coherent, user-centric learning experience. The individual will work closely with CSF leadership, tech vendors, designers, researchers, and state partners.
As part of the EdTech team at CSF, you'll have the opportunity to drive the transformation of education for children in India by leveraging the most meaningful use of technology in education. You’ll conceptualize, design, and lead high-impact initiatives, collaborate with influential stakeholders, and harness frontier technologies to revolutionize learning at scale.
We are looking for a dynamic Program Manager (PM) or Senior Program Manager (SPM) with 2-7 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to navigate complex projects with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to
Ensure academic rigour and coherence across TTL competencies, misconceptions, assessments, and learning pathways.
Contribute to designing and refining user journeys across key stakeholder groups in collaboration with UI/UX professionals/ teams.
Support creation and refinement of student/teacher/government user journeys with UI/UX teams.
Translate field-study insights into product and content improvements; support pilots and state readiness.
Coordinate multi-language content deployment, YouTube channels, and partner/vendor workflows.
Strengthen scalable AI-enabled video generation workflows.
Produce high-quality documentation, briefs, and communication materials for internal teams and partners.
Use AI tools to build and strengthen internal learning frameworks and competency pathways.
End-to-end project management for projects, i.e. development of annual/quarterly goals, detailed budget planning, supporting operations, implementation and ensuring timely reporting
Support the development of strategic plans for the team by identifying key trends in EdTech, synthesising insights, and designing initiatives that drive meaningful impact.
Management of all internal and external reporting for the team, with the leadership, funders
Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, ecosystem partners, and technology innovators.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
Bachelor’s required; Master’s in education, public policy, business, economics, or tech preferred.
PM: 2–4 years | SPM: 4–7 years of experience in EdTech, consulting, product, or government programs preferred.
Strong program management, communication, structuring, and stakeholder skills.
Comfort working across content, product, UI/UX, tech, and AI.
Analytical, organised, user-centric mindset; familiarity with Python is a plus.
Strong project management skills ability to set priorities, plan timelines, and meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges in EdTech and education.
Ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Remuneration will be competitive with Indian philanthropy pay scales and will depend upon the candidate’s experience levels.
