Position Summary
CSFs EdTech team is partnering with the District Basic Education Department, Ghaziabad, and Chimple to institutionalise digital home learning under NIPUN/FLN missionaligning content, teacher practice, parent involvement, and data-led monitoring for last-mile adoption. As Project Manager / Senior Project Manager, you will lead this district-wide initiative for CSF, working closely with district authorities, the CSF district team, and Chimples program/product stakeholders to implement a high-fidelity at-home FLN model, build robust M&E and usage-analytics routines (including app-backend insights), and create a replicable playbook for state-wide scale. You will take end-to-end ownership of this high-priority project - from planning and execution to knowledge management and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring insights flow into state and CSF central forums to inform scale-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the district project end-to-end by defining quarterly goals, oversee delivery, and ensure timely reporting. 
- Establish M&E frameworks and review routines for home learning (dashboards, indicators, SOPs), and regularly analyse app usage data to identify adoption hotspots and support needs; close feedback loops with the field and product teams. 
- Work closely with the Chimple team to align on strategy, priorities, and execution. 
- Synthesise insights from regular school and block visits, as well as partner reviews, to inform program delivery; disseminate learnings both internally and externally. 
- Co-create frameworks, toolkits, and reports to enable systemic adoption and inform scale-up. 
- Build narratives and decks to engage key decision-makers and highlight emerging trends and district progress to the district leadership. 
- Partner with CSF’s district team to draft op-eds, blogs, briefs, and media content that build salience and expand reach for EdTech. 
- Strengthen team capacity through structured knowledge management, cross-learning, and documentation. 
- Manage reporting and reviews with CSF leadership, funders, and partner organisations. 
- Support in unlocking scale-up at district/state levels, driving adoption, advocacy, and scale-up 
Required Qualifications, Skills & Abilities
- Education: Bachelors degree required; Masters in business, economics, education, or public policy preferred. 
- Experience: PM: 2-4 years/ SPM: 4-6 years; Exposure to education or EdTech is highly desirable. 
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, collaborative, resourceful, with a can-do attitude 
- Strong background in project/program management with multi-stakeholder contexts preferred 
- Ability to prioritise and deliver across multiple projects; excellent communication skills. 
- Experience of working in teams and building strong external relationships. 
Compensation : Remuneration will be competitive with Indian philanthropy pay scales and commensurate with experience.
