Summary
Were looking for an energetic, self-starting, German-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can identify and engage key decision makers and influencers within targeted accounts. Youll respond to inbound leads and proactively reach out to prospects, building rapport and nurturing long-term relationships to fuel our sales funnel.
What Youll Do
Drive top-of-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers, particularly in German-speaking markets.
Identify, engage and qualify prospective leads and influencers within organisations.
Respond to inbound interest and build targeted outbound cadences to create qualified opportunities.
Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities and account information in our CRM system.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities.
Communicate feedback from prospects and clients back to the sales & marketing teams to help refine messaging and positioning.
Collaborate across teams and participate in regular stand-ups to align pipeline progress and strategic priorities.
Comfortable engaging with partners and executive-level stakeholders when necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field.
- 1/2 years of relevant sales or business development experience ideally in B2B / SaaS / tech environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
Ability to multi-task, organise, prioritise work and manage a dynamic pipeline.
Strong interpersonal skills; able to build rapport, influence stakeholders and escalate leads effectively.
