The position of a Business Development Associate has the following responsibilities:
- Proactively research and identify potential clients and opportunities through various channels.
- Engage with prospects through various methods to generate interest and qualify leads.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations, nurturing leads through regular follow-ups, meetings, and presentations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track marketing activities, update prospect and client information.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing marketing activities, pipeline progress, and business development metrics for management review.
The Successful Applicant
Outstanding communication skills - English, Mandarin or Cantonese.
Ability to multitask and deliver to tight deadlines under pressure.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
