Researcher

The position of a Researcher has the following responsibilities:

• Taking Job Briefs from Senior Consultants for active positions, asking accurate questions to be able to target the right individuals to the right career opportunities.

• Preparing market mappings assigned by respective Senior Consultants

• Actively working for the Senior Consultants on sourcing, shortlisting, screening and briefing executives.

• Putting together high-level information packs for executives to better understand the client, role and job market in the region.

• Maintaining pipeline to update progress on each role being on across various clients which serves as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Updating the records of active executives on our ATS.

• Managing evaluation processes between clients and executives.

• Preparing and scheduling meetings between clients and executives.

• Outstanding communication skills - English, Mandarin or Cantonese

• Ability to multitask and deliver to tight deadlines under pressure.
