About the job Recruitment Consultant
The position of a Recruitment Consultant has the following responsibilities:
Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client target companies;
Identifying and approaching suitable Passive Executives;
Receiving and preparing executive assessment report, managing briefing and creating a shortlist of executives for the client;
Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client;
Organizing and conducting meetings between clients and executives;
Building relationships with client in order to gain a better understanding of their growth needs and long-term requirements.
Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of professionals placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated.
The Successful Applicant
Outstanding communication skills - English, Mandarin or Cantonese
A minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
Ability to multitask and deliver to tight deadlines under pressure.
Good IT literacy skills: Should possess high level of integrity, leadership skills, and ability to work autonomously; as well as worked as team.
Career driven and highly motivated to be part of a growing organization.
