About the job Recruitment Consultant

The position of a Recruitment Consultant has the following responsibilities:

  • Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking in order to attract business from client target companies;

  • Identifying and approaching suitable Passive Executives;

  • Receiving and preparing executive assessment report, managing briefing and creating a shortlist of executives for the client;

  • Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client;

  • Organizing and conducting meetings between clients and executives;

  • Building relationships with client in order to gain a better understanding of their growth needs and long-term requirements.

  • Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of professionals placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated.

The Successful Applicant

  • Outstanding communication skills - English, Mandarin or Cantonese

  • A minimum 3 years of relevant working experience

  • Ability to multitask and deliver to tight deadlines under pressure.

  • Good IT literacy skills: Should possess high level of integrity, leadership skills, and ability to work autonomously; as well as worked as team.

  • Career driven and highly motivated to be part of a growing organization.
