We are seeking a super experienced, motivated and skilled recruiter to join our dynamic human resources team. This opportunity would suit a professional with an existing network of direct contacts in HR and Finance, someone used to interacting and providing talent to senior finance executives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing new jobs, attracting new clients, and hiring top talent for our organization. This position requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes, sales and marketing strategies to reach and attract clients, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers alike. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR executives to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies working with us.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct cold calling to engage potential clients and promote our value proposition.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Facilitate the interview process by coordinating schedules and providing feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers and assist in the onboarding process, including employee orientation.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in our Applicant Tracking System.
- Support succession planning initiatives by identifying internal talent for advancement opportunities.
- Attract and build up demand for our training and development programs
- Participate in training development programs to enhance recruitment skills within the HR team.

  • Skills
    - A people person who thrives on interaction with senior finance leaders.
    - Proficiency in English is preferred.
    - Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices, particularly in finance and accounting recruiting.
    - Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for both candidates and the organization.
    - Experience with HR sourcing techniques and models to attract diverse talent pools.
    - Ability to build rapport with candidates through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Familiarity with training development processes related to employee onboarding and orientation programs.
    - A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skill
Other
  • 7+ years of sales experience
  • 2+ years of a leadership role in sales
