We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment & Project Coordinator to provide additional support to our growing team. This role combines recruitment resourcing, project coordination, and administrative support, and is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organisation.

The successful candidate will support recruitment activities within the finance and investment sector, assist with interview coordination and candidate management, maintain recruitment data and reports, and provide general project and PA support. There is also an opportunity to contribute to LinkedIn content and internal or external newsletters.

This role requires someone who is highly focused, reliable, and able to work UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates

  • Provide recruitment administration support, including job postings, candidate tracking, and document management

  • Assist with candidate sourcing, particularly within finance and investment-related roles

  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, Excel spreadsheets, and reports for tracking and analysis

  • Handle data entry and ensure accurate, up-to-date record-keeping

  • Support project coordination tasks and follow-ups across ongoing recruitment activities

  • Assist with LinkedIn posting, basic content creation, and newsletter support when required

  • Conduct basic research to support recruitment, content, or market insights

  • Provide PA and administrative support to senior team members as needed


Experience and Skills

  • Experience supporting recruitment, ideally within finance or investment-related sectors, such as:

    Private Equity
    Venture Capital
    - Growth Equity
    - Emerging Funds
    - Pension Funds
    - Credit or Distressed Funds
    - Sovereign Wealth Funds
  • Previous experience in recruitment, recruitment administration or coordinator support roles
  • Strong Excel skills for reporting, tracking, and data management

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable assisting with LinkedIn content, research, or newsletters (preferred but not essential)
  • Highly focused, disciplined, and able to manage time effectively during work hours
  • Strong written communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude
