About the job Resourcer - Part-time - UK/US
Our client, a growing UK recruitment business servicing the US construction industry, is seeking an experienced Offshore Recruitment Resourcer to focus on qualifying candidates sourced by their internal sourcing team. This role will concentrate on CV screening, shortlisting, and ensuring only the most suitable candidates are presented to hiring managers.
A background in construction recruitment is essential, and experience with electrical contracting recruitment will be considered a strong advantage. While US market experience is preferred, any solid construction recruitment background will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities

Qualify and screen candidates identified by the sourcing team to ensure they meet client specifications.

Review, format, and prepare CVs for submission to clients, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Maintain up-to-date candidate pipelines and recruitment activity records within the ATS (Manatal preferred).

Collaborate closely with recruiters to confirm hiring requirements and ensure fast turnaround.

Utilise recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS platforms to track candidate progress.

Prioritise efficiency to handle a high volume of open requisitions in the US market.
Qualifications

Proven experience recruiting for construction roles (electrical contracting experience is a plus).

Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems (preferably Manatal).

Strong English communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.

Comfortable working UK/US hours (primarily US hours).

There will be a 2-week paid trial period (or short-term/temp arrangement) to assess how the successful candidate performs.
