Key Responsibilities:

  • Upload and migrate approximately 700 client contact records from spreadsheets into JobAdder
  • Parse, clean, and format data to ensure compatibility with JobAdder fields
  • Ensure all client information is uploaded accurately and completely
    Identify and resolve any data inconsistencies or formatting issues
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the migration process
  • Coordinate with the team if clarification is needed on data fields or formatting requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience using JobAdder, particularly with data uploads or migrations
  • Experience parsing and uploading client/contact information from spreadsheets into CRM or ATS systems
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to complete tasks efficiently within a short project timeline
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Working Hours:

  • Part-time: 4 hours per day
  • Estimated project duration: 1 week or until completion of the migration
