Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and migrate approximately 700 client contact records from spreadsheets into JobAdder
- Parse, clean, and format data to ensure compatibility with JobAdder fields
- Ensure all client information is uploaded accurately and completely
Identify and resolve any data inconsistencies or formatting issues - Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the migration process
- Coordinate with the team if clarification is needed on data fields or formatting requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience using JobAdder, particularly with data uploads or migrations
- Experience parsing and uploading client/contact information from spreadsheets into CRM or ATS systems
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently within a short project timeline
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Working Hours:
- Part-time: 4 hours per day
- Estimated project duration: 1 week or until completion of the migration
