Resourcer - PT - AU

We are seeking a proactive Resourcer / Recruitment Administrator with strong administrative capability to support recruitment resourcing activities and day-to-day recruitment operations. This role is primarily focused on candidate sourcing and administration, with the opportunity to expand into candidate screening and broader recruitment responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct candidate resourcing and talent mapping using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
  • Support candidate screening activities, including resume review and initial assessments, as required.
  • Prepare accurate and professional candidate- and client-facing documents, ensuring high visual and content quality.
  • Manage calendars, schedule interviews, and coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders.
  • Handle email management and recruitment-related correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide general recruitment administration support, including record keeping, documentation, and data updates within the ATS.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail, proactively identifying errors, inconsistencies, and quality issues in documents and data.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment resourcing, sourcing, or recruitment administration.
  • Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively and independently.
  • High attention to detail with a strong eye for accuracy and visual presentation.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter (required).
  • Experience with Bullhorn ATS is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Background in Australian recruitment and/or exposure to the medical devices sector is highly regarded.
