About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in technology recruitment and a proven ability to source, interview, and match top-tier talent for mid to senior-level technical roles.

You will play a critical role in managing recruitment processes across the APAC region, partnering closely with the hiring team to identify and attract exceptional candidates across various technical disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and candidate submission.

  • Source top-quality candidates for roles such as Software Engineers, Solution Architects, Infrastructure Specialists, and Professional Services roles.

  • Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Google X-ray search, and other advanced sourcing tools to identify and engage passive and active candidates.

  • Conduct detailed interviews to assess technical and behavioural fit.

  • Partner with clients to understand job requirements, business needs, and role expectations.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the client's database/records.

  • Provide a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Collaborate with hiring teams to ensure timely feedback and efficient recruitment workflow.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of proven experience in technical recruitment, ideally within a staffing, RPO, or in-house environment.

  • Strong experience recruiting for mid to senior-level roles within technology and professional services.

  • Solid understanding of technical job families and skill sets (e.g. software development, architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, data engineering, etc.).

  • Experience recruiting for APAC markets (Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc.) is highly preferred.

  • Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search, and other sourcing platforms.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Must have at least 1,000 connection in LinkedIn

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
