About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven 360 Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client acquisition through to candidate placement and onboarding. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in both business development and recruitment delivery, with a proven track record of securing clients and successfully placing candidates across high-demand industries.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Proactively identify and generate new client opportunities within target industries
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent outreach and engagement
  • Conduct discovery calls, understand hiring needs, and position recruitment solutions effectively
  • Negotiate terms of business and secure recruitment agreements

Client Onboarding & Account Management

  • Onboard new clients and manage expectations throughout the recruitment process
  • Develop a clear understanding of client requirements, culture, and hiring priorities
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring advice

Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment Delivery

  • Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
  • Present qualified candidates to clients in a timely manner
  • Manage interview coordination and feedback loops

Placement & Onboarding

  • Manage offer negotiations between clients and candidates
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and placement of successful candidates
  • Maintain post-placement communication to ensure retention and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a 360 Recruiter, managing end-to-end recruitment including client acquisition and candidate placement
  • Proven track record of winning new clients and closing successful placements (billing history or performance metrics preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in at least one (or more) of the following sectors:
    Legal
    Banking & Finance
    IT/Technology
    Healthcare
    Insurance
    Aviation
    Engineering
    Construction
    Sales & Marketing
    BPO/Shared Service
  • Strong experience in business development, including cold outreach, lead generation, and client conversion
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques for candidate sourcing
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn, JobAdder, Greenhouse, or similar platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple job orders and client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with international clients (Australia, UK, US preferred)
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratio, and placement conversion rates
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence both clients and candidates
  • Stable internet connection and a reliable remote work setup
