We are looking for a detail-oriented Talent Research & Data Collection Specialist to identify and save qualified professional profiles into LinkedIn Recruiter projects based on strict, pre-defined criteria. This role is focused on profile review, filtering, and accurate data capture, not candidate outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter to search and review large volumes of candidate profiles
- Scroll through search results and individual profiles to assess suitability
- Validate candidates against clear eligibility criteria (e.g. company experience, duration, recency, role relevance)
- Save only qualified candidates into designated LinkedIn Recruiter projects
- Apply consistent judgment and follow written guidelines precisely
- Flag unclear or borderline profiles when required
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot relevant experience quickly
- Comfortable performing repetitive, screen-based research tasks
- Ability to follow structured rules and criteria with high consistency
Nice to Have:
- Background in recruitment research or talent sourcing
- Experience supporting talent pools or candidate bench-building initiatives
