Our UK-based client is seeking a reliable and proactive Part-Time Recruitment Assistant to assist with administrative tasks, candidate sourcing, and database management. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
The client is new to working with offshore service providers, so they are looking for someone who can also help guide best practices and support the integration of remote assistance into their workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Formatting and updating CVs/resumes
- Database management and maintaining accurate records
- Sourcing candidates through online platforms and databases
- Assisting with recruitment administration and operational tasks
- Logging in and out of personal and professional accounts as required
- Supporting the client in setting up processes and workflows with a Virtual Assistant
- Exploring and utilising AI tools and automation platforms to improve efficiency (experience preferred but not essential)
- Providing general remote administrative support
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment support, administration, or virtual assistance
- Experience with candidate sourcing and recruitment processes
- Experience supporting international clients, preferably UK-based clients
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable using online platforms, CRMs, and productivity tools
- Tech-savvy and open to learning new systems and AI tools
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Working Hours
- Part-time role
- Starting at approximately 5 hours per week (UK Hours)
Preferred but Not Essential
- Familiarity with AI tools, automations, or workflow systems
