Job Title: HR Administrative Support - Data Entry (Temporary/Project)

About the Role:
We are looking for two (2) full-time HR Administrative Support staff to assist our Australian clients' HR team with a short-term project, expected to run for 4 to 6 weeks. This role will focus on data entry, auditing, and ensuring HR compliance through the use of the ELMO HRIS platform. Candidates must be detail-oriented, adaptable to systems, and capable of working independently with repetitive tasks while meeting daily KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry into ELMO to set up personnel files
- Audit each file against a matrix and identify any missing documents or information
- Ensure accurate and complete employee files following onboarding and folder structure standards
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail across all assigned tasks
- Work to a set daily KPI and stay on track with repetitive activities
- Communicate with the internal HR team to align on updates and progress
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR administrative support or data entry
- High accuracy and attention to detail is a must
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and basic onboarding/folder structure
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and meeting daily KPIs
- Ability to learn and adapt to HRIS/IT platforms quickly
- Literacy with HRIS platforms required; experience with ELMO is a strong advantage
- Strong organisational skills and ability to follow structured processes
