Work Schedule:

Primary Hours: 1-2 hours daily between 3:00 AM and 8:00 AM AEST (required for report maintenance)

Ad Hoc Hours: Occasional support during AEST business hours if data issues arise

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive Power BI/Business Intelligence Analyst to support the daily maintenance and development of Power BI dashboards and reports. This role is ideal for someone seeking consistent, short working hours with the flexibility to respond to occasional issues during business hours.

You will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, updating visual reports, and troubleshooting Power BI issues, especially after the overnight data uploads. This position is critical in ensuring the accuracy and availability of reports used across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily maintenance of Power BI dashboards after data uploads (between 3:00 AM 8:00 AM AEST, 1-2 hours per day)
- Monitor for and resolve any issues in data refreshes, broken visuals, or report inaccuracies
- Provide quick troubleshooting support during AEST business hours when necessary
- Make minor adjustments or improvements to existing Power BI reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure reports align with business needs
- Document updates and maintenance activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience working with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling

- Strong understanding of data sources, scheduled refreshes, and dashboard performance optimization

- Ability to work independently during early hours with minimal supervision

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Good communication skills for coordination and issue resolution

- Reliable internet connection and access to a functional home office setup
