About the job Resourcer - Part-time - UK

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and identify qualified candidates for IT support, service desk, and sales/business development roles
  • Utilise Loxo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or LinkedIn Recruiter to actively search and engage potential candidates
  • Screen CVs and assess candidate suitability based on role requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the database
  • Support candidate management throughout the recruitment process, including coordination and follow-ups
  • Work closely with the recruitment and client teams to ensure quality pipeline delivery
  • Provide insights on market trends and sourcing strategies for technical and sales positions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technical and sales recruitment (preferably IT Support, Service Desk, Business Development)
  • Hands-on experience using Loxo and LinkedIn recruiting tools
  • Strong candidate engagement and management skills
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet sourcing targets
