We're seeking an experienced Resource Manager to support our client's Victoria-based team in Australia. This role is ideal for someone with strong recruitment skills, particularly in the IT sector, and a proactive approach to sourcing and stakeholder engagement. While the role is predominantly work-from-home, occasional in-person meetings or team catch-ups may be required in BGC.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and execute Resource Management initiatives as driven by the Business Divisions.

• Deliver against a variety of IT requirements within the required timeframes e.g Cloud, Development, PMO, Networking, EUC.

• Play a role in the Consultant Care Program.

• Take responsibility for building, maintaining & engaging with talent pools/pipelines in accordance with business requirements.

• Build internal relationships, becoming a trusted advisor for resource management within Organisation.

• Aptitude of hard work, common sense and empathy towards assignees, ability to prioritise and juggle changing demands and timeframes.

• Assist in planning, coordination and implementation of workforce planning / deployment / talent management activities to support the overall business objectives

Required Experience:

• 2 Years + IT recruitment/ resourcing background within Australian Market Place. This can be from either an internal or agency in your background.

• Proven success using multiple sourcing methods including CRM/ATS referrals, LinkedIn and advertisements.

• Experience recruiting for multiple IT Technical Positions.

• The ability to pick up systems quickly.

• You will have a high level of attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills.

• A process-driven personality and high-performance standards.

• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
