ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to support our Australian client with end-to-end healthcare recruitment. This is a full-time offshore role aligned with Australian business hours.
The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing and engaging qualified healthcare professionals across various roles, managing recruitment pipelines, and supporting administrative processes. This position requires someone who understands the pace and compliance requirements of the healthcare sector, preferably with experience recruiting in the Australian market.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
Source and identify qualified healthcare candidates via SEEK Talent and other sourcing platforms based on client requirements.
Screening & Interview Coordination:
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules with the clients recruitment team.
Database & Pipeline Management:
Maintain accurate candidate records in the clients recruitment database (ATS/CRM) and track candidates throughout the hiring process.
Recruitment Administration:
Assist with preparing job postings, managing candidate documentation, and supporting onboarding requirements as needed.
Requirements:

Strong experience in healthcare recruitment is required

Previous experience recruiting for the Australian healthcare market is highly preferred

Proven ability to manage sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement independently

Familiarity with SEEK Talent and other sourcing tools

Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills

High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities

Ability to work full-time during Australian business hours
