We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Specialist to support our client's end-to-end recruitment operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth candidate coordination, maintaining accurate records, and supporting compliance and onboarding activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in labour hire or recruitment settings and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying administrative and coordination responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide telephone support for recruitment-related queries and rostering coordination
  • Assist with shift bookings and backfilling requirements
  • Conduct sourcing and research to identify qualified candidates
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
  • Maintain and update candidate and client information in internal databases
  • Assist with onboarding and ensure compliance with required documentation
  • Coordinate reference checks and follow up on outstanding requirements
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support recruitment and business operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, labour hire, or staffing support roles

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills (verbal and written)

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

  • Comfortable using recruitment CRMs and productivity tools

  • Flexible to work across split shifts or after-hours, as required

  • Background in labour hire, or blue-collar recruitment

  • Experience supporting Australian clients or familiarity with AU recruitment practices

Work Schedule:

  • Must be available to work any time between 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Melbourne time), 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM PHT

  • Includes a one-hour break

  • Actual daily schedule to be aligned with client needs
