Medical Recruitment Resourcer - PT/FT - SG


Schedule: We can consider an 8-hour-per-day engagement from 9 am to 12 pm and 1 to 6pm, following the Singapore work calendar.

Scope of Work
1. Sourcing for International Medical Doctors using LinkedIn RPS
2. Engaging these doctors on LinkedIn and turning them into applicants for our job openings
3. Perform Initial shortlisting & screening calls with the doctors via Zoom and educate them about "Working in Singapore"
4. Collating base medical documents from the doctors and delivering their CV-formatted profiles to People360

Requirements
1. Have experience as a medical doctor recruiter understanding the common medical terms and jargons around doctor recruitment
2. Expert candidate soucer on LinkedIn RPS
3. Ability to speak and write well to influence and convince applicants
