Creative Virtual Assistant - PT - AU (On-Call)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support an Australia-based client on a part-time, on-call basis. The role begins with a priority project in Canva,  helping to design a new wholesale catalogue and will continue with ad-hoc tasks communicated via WhatsApp.

This role is ideal for someone with a good understanding of Canva and Shopify, who also has a good design eye, keeps up with trends, and is comfortable with flexible, project-based work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist immediately with the creation of a wholesale catalogue in Canva
• Provide support on design-related tasks as needed (banners, social content, etc.)
• Be reachable via WhatsApp for new task requests
• Support light admin or social media tasks depending on your skillset
• Apply design judgment and creativity to visual tasks across the brand

Qualifications:

• Good experience with Canva and Shopify
• Strong eye for modern design, layout, and branding
• Excellent communication and availability via WhatsApp
• Organised and proactive with a positive, problem-solving mindset
• Able to work independently and deliver tasks on time
• Experience working with e-commerce brands/clients
• Prior experience in social media management, marketing assistance, or graphic design using Canva

Preferred Background:

• A portfolio or samples of visual work (Canva projects, social graphics, catalogues, etc.)

Work Setup

• Part-time, on-call (flexible workload, based on client's task requirements)
