Resourcer - PT/FT - AU

We are seeking a detail-oriented Researcher/Resourcer to support recruitment, sourcing, and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and research candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent pipelines.
- Conduct market mapping and collect industry insights.
- Manage candidate updates, scheduling, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in Bullhorn and other ATS systems.
- Provide administrative support, including reports, data coordination, and file organization.

Skills & Qualifications

- Experience as a Resourcer, Researcher, or Recruitment Assistant.
- Strong experience with Bullhorn or other Applicant Tracking Systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Preferably experienced in recruiting for life sciences, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotech roles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication, research ability, and multitasking skills.
