We are seeking an experienced Salesforce System Administrator to manage and support Salesforce-based systems and applications within a healthcare or aged care environment. The role involves system administration, troubleshooting, user support, reporting, and assisting support workers with mobile application and system-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Salesforce platform configuration, users, permissions, and workflows.

  • Support system enhancements, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

  • Assist support workers and end users with Salesforce and mobile application concerns.

  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards.

  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding system updates and integrations.

  • Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

  • Assist with ticket management and support SLA compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

  • Exposure to the Lumary platform is highly preferred.

  • Experience with the 2CloudNine payroll system is highly advantageous.

  • Experience within healthcare, aged care, or NDIS environments is a plus.

  • Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.

  • Experience with ticketing systems such as JIRA is advantageous.

  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and work under pressure.

  • Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards is a plus.
