We are seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist to drive growth for our Australian client by offering bookkeeping, virtual assistant, and social media services. This role involves building strong relationships with Australian businesses, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions to help streamline operations and enhance productivity.
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B business development in the Australian market, with a proven track record of closing deals and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage new business opportunities for bookkeeping, virtual assistant, and social media services

Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in target organisations

Conduct presentations and discussions to communicate service offerings and value propositions

Manage the full sales cycle from lead engagement to deal closure and onboarding

Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and service quality

Maintain accurate records of prospects, opportunities, and pipeline activity in CRM systems

Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities

Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Required Experience & Skills

Proven business development or sales experience in B2B professional services

Experience with Australian clients and understanding of the AU business market

Strong track record of generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales targets
