About the job Motion Graphic Designer / Video Editor - FT - UK
We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Graphic Designer with strong video editing capabilities to support our client in content and social media initiatives. This role requires a creative professional who can transform raw footage into visually compelling short-form and long-form video content, with a strong emphasis on motion graphics and polished storytelling.
This is a senior-level role suited to someone with formal training in graphic design and proven experience working with established, and reputable brands.
Key Responsibilities

Edit raw video footage into engaging motion-graphic–driven short clips for social media platforms

Produce long-form video content incorporating motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects

Design and animate motion graphics that elevate video storytelling and brand presence

Ensure all video outputs align with brand standards and maintain a high level of visual quality

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand creative direction and content objectives

Deliver content optimised for various social media platforms and formats

Portfolio & Work Samples (Mandatory):
Candidates must submit a portfolio and project or sample work links for review. This may include websites, reels, case studies, or hosted project links that clearly demonstrate motion graphics and video editing expertise -
Portfolio Experience:
Must demonstrate work with recognised, established brands -
Education:
Must have formal education and training in Graphic Design or a closely related field - Proven professional experience as a Motion Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g. Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent)
