About the job Technical Recruiter - FT - TH
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Recruiter based in Thailand with a strong background in technology recruitment and a proven ability to source, interview, and match top-tier talent for mid to senior-level technical roles. The ideal candidate is fluent in both Thai and English and will primarily support our recruitment operations in Thailand, with additional exposure across the APAC region.
You will play a critical role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering closely with hiring teams to identify and attract exceptional candidates across various technical disciplines in the Thai market and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and candidate submission, with a primary focus on the Thailand market
- Source top-quality candidates for roles such as Software Engineers, Solution Architects, Infrastructure Specialists, and Professional Services roles
- Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Google X-ray search, and other advanced sourcing tools to identify and engage passive and active candidates
- Conduct detailed interviews to assess technical and behavioural fit
- Partner with clients to understand job requirements, business needs, and role expectations within the Thai market
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the database
- Provide a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring teams to ensure timely feedback and an efficient recruitment workflow
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be based in Thailand with full professional proficiency in both Thai and English, written and spoken, this is non-negotiable
- Strong knowledge of the Thailand talent market, hiring landscape, and local recruitment practices is a must
- 4 to 5 years of proven experience in technical recruitment, ideally within a staffing, RPO, or in-house environment
- Strong experience recruiting for mid to senior-level roles within technology and professional services
- Solid understanding of technical job families and skill sets including software development, architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, data engineering, and more
- Experience recruiting across APAC markets such as Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong is an advantage
- Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search, and other sourcing platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
