Full Stack Web Developer (Laravel + React)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Web Developer with strong experience in Laravel, React, and Inertia.js, and working knowledge of WordPress to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing scalable web applications, supporting WordPress-based projects when needed, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver modern solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Laravel (backend) and

React (frontend) via Inertia.js.

· Design and implement responsive and user-friendly UIs with TailwindCSS.

· Build and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure efficient communication between frontend and backend.

· Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins as required.

· Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver features on time.

· Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

· Perform code reviews and contribute to best practices in version control (GitHub).

· Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications and websites.

· Ensure security, scalability, and performance of applications.

Requirements

· Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (Laravel + React).

· Strong proficiency in Laravel (PHP), including Eloquent ORM, and API development.

· Solid experience with React.js and component-based frontend architecture.

· Hands-on experience with Inertia.js for seamless Laravel + React integration.

· Proficiency in TailwindCSS for building modern, responsive UIs.

· Familiarity with WordPress development, including custom themes, plugins, and REST API integration.

· Experience with Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative workflows.

· Strong understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL/PostgreSQL).

· Knowledge of software development best practices, testing, and debugging.

· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have

· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

· Knowledge of TypeScript.

· Experience with WooCommerce or other WordPress-related tools.

Education s Experience

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field

(preferred but not required).

2+years of professional experience in full stack web development.
